SHIPPING
- We ship within the United States only.
- Preorders. Preorder decks ship by the date shown on the product page when you order, and that date appears in your order confirmation. If anything changes it, we'll email you right away with the new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
- Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed by 11:59 PM Pacific Time count toward that business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Questions? Email contact@iwannaknowgame.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
DAMAGED, MISPRINTED OR MISSING CARDS
If your game arrives damaged, misprinted, or missing cards, email contact@iwannaknowgame.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
UNOPENED GAMES
You can return an unopened game, still in its original shrink wrap, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refundable.
OPENED GAMES
Because a played game can't be resold as new, we can't accept returns of opened games unless they arrived damaged or defective.
CANCELLATIONS
Preorders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Other orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't shipped yet. Email contact@iwannaknowgame.com with your order number.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
